Our Team

With experience representing hundreds of clients across litigation, appeals, arbitration, mediation, city boards, state licensing authorities, and business matters, I have learned that strong legal representation requires adaptability, precision, and personal attention.

My focus is simple: put the client first. I make myself available, stay responsive, and work to ensure every client feels seen, heard, and fully represented. I believe clients deserve more from their attorney, and I strive to deliver that through practical guidance, tailored strategies, and committed advocacy.

I currently serve as general counsel for multiple mid sized businesses, including pharmacy chains in California and venture capital firms in Florida. My work has included assisting with transactions and company sales valued at more than $200 million, experience I bring to clients of all sizes.

Community service is also central to my practice. Since 2017, I have volunteered monthly with the Centro Campesino First Time Homeowner’s Clinic, contributing more than 500 pro bono hours and helping educate over 1,000 low income individuals on homeownership rights, responsibilities, tax benefits, and tax return preparation.

From the courtroom to the boardroom, I provide customized, accessible, and strategic legal support for clients ranging from healthcare providers to growing businesses and entrepreneurs.
